Some weddings have a way of making you stop and soak in every little moment, the kind that feels like pure magic from start to finish. And from the second I arrived at the stunning Rabbit Hotel, I just knew this was going to be one of those truly unforgettable days.

The sun was shining, the sky was that perfect crisp blue, and there was an electric buzz of excitement in the air. As the bride and her bridesmaids got ready, I was there for my very important little guests, the bride and bridesmaids little ones who wasted no time in making the morning extra special!

A Morning of Giggles, Play & Precious Moments

The moment I arrived, tiny hands eagerly reached for Nanny Cat’s special bag, eyes widened, and squeals of excitement filled the room as they discovered their absolute favorite toys inside. Magnetiles for building castles? Check. Paw Patrol cars for daring rescue missions? Absolutely. My much-loved Pom Pom sorting game? A huge hit, as always!

While the bride and her bridal party indulged in a morning of pampering and girl-time, I was there to ensure the little ones were not only entertained but completely content, snacks on hand, drinks topped up, and plenty of fun to keep them happy. The atmosphere was warm, joyful, and full of laughter, exactly how a wedding morning should be.

Tiny Dresses, Big Moments & a Few Nerves

As the morning flew by, it was time for hair, dresses, and the all-important preparations for their big moment. Watching these little ones transform into the cutest wedding guests was such a joy!

Having me there meant that while the bridal party focused on the bride, I could make sure the little ones had everything they needed, holding their hands, fixing a stray bow, or simply offering a reassuring hug when the excitement turned into a few last-minute nerves. And just before those grand doors opened, I was there, gently calming a little wobble, ensuring they felt ready to take their special walk down the aisle.

And oh, did they shine! They walked in beautifully, stealing the hearts of every guest in the room.

A Helping Hand & Special Family Moments

Once the ceremony was over, the celebrations truly began. As the newlyweds took their first family photos, I stepped in to help gather up the brides dress in one hand and her little one in the other because sometimes, being a wedding nanny means being an extra pair of hands wherever they’re needed most.

The little ones soon spotted their kids corner, so we headed over for some fun, giving mummy and daddy the chance to enjoy their couple’s shoot while knowing their little VIPs were happy, entertained, and well looked after.

When the excitement of the day started to catch up with them, I knew exactly what was needed, a little quiet time and a reset. I took them back to their room for some rest while the rest of the guests continued soaking up the drinks reception, ensuring they’d be refreshed and ready for an evening of celebrations.

Dinner, Dancing & A Peaceful End to a Magical Day

As the wedding party sat down to enjoy their meal, I was right there, making sure the little ones had their dinner, plenty of fun, and all the care they needed so that their parents could relax, enjoy a hot meal, and soak in the moment without a single worry.

As the evening unfolded, I gradually stepped back to allow the bride and groom to enjoy dancing, laughter, and time with their guests, all while knowing their little one was safe, happy, and cared for. And when the celebrations became too much for tired little eyes, I was there to scoop her up, settle her in for a restful sleep, and keep everyone updated via our WhatsApp group, giving peace of mind so the newlyweds could embrace every second of their special night.

A Wedding to Remember

From the moment I arrived to the final goodnight, this wedding was filled with so much love, joy, and precious family moments. It was a day where every detail was beautifully thought out, where laughter echoed through every moment, and where I felt truly honoured to play a part in making it all as seamless and stress-free as possible.

And I was right, from the very start this was a wedding I’ll never forget.
